Default Do rental prices fluctuate with the seasons?

I was wondering if we should wait until a certain month or time of year to get a rental. It seems like the monthly rental amounts have risen as schools were out for summer, but I am not sure if that was my imagination or not! Do they fluctuate during the year, and if so, when are they lowest?
