Ok...I was going to start out by asking if you were kidding. But then I remembered there are some boats over in Cape Canaveral that do or used to go out for about that amount. We call them Cattle Boat because the load as many people as they legally can onto the boats and go out for the day.
Try googling Port Canaveral and see what you find.
