Default Rentals in Orlando

I had a few questions about renting out a house in Orlando (Orange County).
I have someone renting my home for the past 2 years and wants to go on short team lease - 3 months. Is there a rule forbidding short term leases in this county? Also do I need to provide any information to the county about the revenues I am getting from this rent. I do report it on taxes.

Thanks in advance.

Chad.
