If I'm not mistaken Kissimmee and Davenport are in Osceola County. This map is for Orange County. You can find similar stats (although not as detailed) at

Search Orlando City Profiles

just scroll down to the bottom and click on the state and enter the name of the city you are interested in. You will get a page with zip codes to click on and you can explore the demographics of any area/zip code in that city. This search engine will work for any state in the US.

While the chart shows stats there are some of those areas that did well I would still not want to live in. Stats like these don't tell the whole story by any meeans. I would still say the area needs to be driven to get areal feel for it.... just go ahead and skip the ones at the top of the list they really are pretty bad.
