Oviedo is a wonderful community with great schools, and a family atmosphere and is close to everything too!

I've lived off of Alafaya Trail in Waterford Lakes for almost four years now. Now that I've been here this long, I enjoy where we live but I would have moved to Seminole County had I known the difference 4 yrs. ago. That's not to say there aren't good areas in Waterford Lakes but after working with people who live in Winter Springs, Tuscawilla, Lake Mary and being in the areas that they live, I think I would prefer to live in their areas than Waterford. It's getting very populated here and the past 4 yrs have have produced a lot more crime. I guess it all boils down to personal preference but I would suggest Oviedo over Waterford.
