The police did find a gun in his trunk & hoped it would be enough to put her away again due to Casey signing something stating she understood one of the conditions of her home confinement were that there would be no weapons on the premises. They took it to the judge, and the judge believed Casey when she claimed not to know anything about there being a gun in her dad's trunk. I don't see how anybody can believe a single word out of that lying witch's mouth, but it kept her from going back to jail.

I completly agree. Everyone has pretty strong feelings about this case, but this circus side show in front of the house isn't helping in the least bit. I also don't understand why there weren't a group of squadcars stationed outside of the house from the beginning before this thing got out of hand. With emotions running as high as they are there is the real potential for things to get explosives and bad to worse really quick. If you really care, volunteer, donate, man some phones, something.....

I'm wondering the same thing... those protesters could cause something bad to happen - not to mention the poor neighbors don't deserve all this disruption. Can't the police get them to move on?

It`s public property, they must be within their rights or the police would have shoved them off long ago.

I agree the protesters are just adding to the problem not helping and the poor neighbors that must really suck having to deal with this every day when you did nothing to deserve a circus in your neighborhood.

Digging in the trash? What a joke seriously does anyone think something would be in there?

Can`t blame Florida look at the OJ case that was a circus and was not here.

I`m not sure it would be any different if this happend somewhere else.

But the whole thing sucks, I wish some something would happen to break this case. That poor child needs justice.

Each and every person in our country has a right to protest and I don't disagree with that but even protesting has it's constitutional limits. If you want to stand on public property and voice you opinion peacefully....without inciting a riot, without entering onto private property, without confronting bystanders, without obstructing traffic, without damaging private property...than by all means exercise your right. But none of the other actions are protected speech and I just wish people would be civil and abide by it. My biggest fear is that the situation spins out of control. Someone loses their cool and than we have more people hurt. Just Sad.

Wouldn't protesting outside a private residence be considered harrassment, especially if it includes yelling accusations at the residents? I understand the right to protest, gather, etc., but there is such a thing as harrassment and disturbing the peace. I don't understand why these protesters and trash pickers can't just let law enforcement do their jobs and wait for justice to play out? I'm sure the police know exactly what they are doing and don't want to rush any charges they can't prove.

I think the protesters need to leave to leave the grandparents home alone. And the neighbors. They aren't really protesting, they are just trying to get on TV. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Sadly, they have a legal right to be there. You don't need a permit to protest unless the crowd is more than 100 people.

Luckily, it doesn't really show what Orlando is all about, considering the population this is a very small crowd.
