Yeah, the protesters and situation outside her family's home makes Orlando look like a trailer park brawl. Maybe if people had better things to do, like get a freakin' job and be a productive member of society, they wouldn't consider standing outside someone's house for all hours of the day.

I sure agree! As distasteful as this whole story has been....someone is still innocent until proven guilty. It's one thing if people are talking or posting their opinion, but for people to 'stalk' the Anthony's house house is just wrong and unproductive. If nothing else, it is disrespectful of the other neighbors.

that woman is a compete nut job, and I think the grandparents are in on it also. How could you let your granddaughter go missing for a month??? They had to know something was up when they hadn't seen or heard from Caylee that long. I really hope that little girl is alive somewhere, my heart breaks every time I see those big brown eyes on the t.v. I think Casey should be in jail, she knows where her daughter is at and she's not saying, and that IS a crime. I seriously don't know how somebody can be that disturbed.

Sorry, I hold out no hope that the child is alive. Casey has shown no concern or respect for her daughter's memory, her parents or her brother, her friends, her neighbors...she has lied to everyone she has spoken to since the moment she could no longer keep Caylee's disappearance a secret. She is letting her neighbors' lives be destroyed, as well as her parents'. She could end this circus tomorrow by telling the truth and leading investigators to her daughter's body.

I hope Casey gets put back in jail so Cindy and George don't have to deal with their daughter in the house and the outside protesters. They can keep her for 50 years on just what she has done with the illegal use of checks and such.

11:43 a.m. A judge will not rule today on a temporary injunction filed to limit protesters’ activities in George and Cindy Anthony’s neighborhood. It’s unclear when the judge will make a decision.

Karen Wonsetler, who is representing the 127 members of the Chickasaw Oaks Phase 3 homeowners association, filed the injunction with the Orange County Court on Friday. Homeowners are asking that protesters gather only at a vacant lot, at the end of Hopespring and Suburban drives — about 525 feet northwest of the Anthony’s home on 4937 Hopespring Drive.

Since Casey Anthony’s re-arrest on Aug. 29, mobs of protesters have gathered on the sidewalk or on the street in front of the Anthony’s home to yell profanities and hold up inflammatory signs. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has received more than 20 calls of fights, verbal disputes, trespassing and general disturbances since Anthony returned home.

“There is enough evidence that this has become a circus and needs to be reeled in,” Wonsetler said. “It’s just ridiculous. Many homeowners feel captive in their own homes.”

On Sunday, a protester engaged Cindy Anthony in a verbal argument while she hammered no trespassing signs in her front yard. During the argument, a boy’s arm was pinned behind a car’s door. The protesters returned to their vehicle with the injured child and left the neighborhood.

Deputies said no one filed charges in that incident.

Anthony has been on home confinement since Sept. 5. She faces charges of child neglect, giving false statements and passing bad checks. Her daughter, Caylee Marie, has been missing since June 15.

I can't wait for Caylee to be turned in again and hopefully, for final. It's too crazy. >_<

Casey is now back in jail on those check fraud charges. Hopefully they will keep her there this time. I have a feeling the prosecution knows more than what they are telling us now and I also believe the grandparents do know more than what they are saying. I know I would drill my daughter on where that baby was if I was the Anthony's. That brother is no good either. I also pray that they find that poor little girl's body, because I don't believe she is alive and Casey did something to her and panicked and now she is a cold heartless person for not saying where she is so there can be closure.

I think once they file formal charges on Casey you are right they have some very pointed evidence. I think the grandparents/great grandparents of Caylee need some time to then process what the evidence shows. I sadly believe Caylee is dead.

I'm really having a problem with these protesters. But if they are going to do it I hope they use the vacant lot that is suggested by the HOA.

If you sit and really think about this circus you might just think Granma Cindy is a nurse and as a nurse I am sure she has incountered classes on rape victims and NEVER GET RID OF EVIDENCE
