Moving To Orlando Need Apartment Help ASAP (Oviedo: apartments, rent)

Hello everyone,

I am moving to Orlando on Aug. 8th and I will be working near UCF/Research Park as a defense contractor I am in my late 20s and I am looking for good apartments to stay in that are newer than most and that are safe. I will be a graduate student soon so a low noise level would be nice I was considering The Flats at Avalon Park but I heard the walls are paper thin please help me asap. I don't mind paying for good apartment as long as its good.

Look in Oviedo, much better area.

Or the apartments in Waterford Lakes. There are a few that you could find online (can't remember their names, sorry!) Oviedo is really nice, too. Both within the same distance to Research Park area.

So out of these which would you take Flats at Avalon Park, Ashton at Waterford Lakes, or Oviedo Grove. The Flats have the best deal.

Oviedo Grove is the best, remember you get what you pay for.

I wouldnt say that, it just depends what you are looking for, if you want the best area in the UCF/Research Park Area then that would be Oviedo. But Waterford is also not bad.
