I will start a new job with one company near UCF. Company will pay for relocation from Boston to Orlando. Since we have one 7-yr old boy. school system will by our priority. Can any one suggest a good school system and good place to live (rent/buy)?

Oviedo, close to UCF and a good town with high rated schools.

I did some research on Oviedo's school. It seems Lawton, Evans and Partin are good choices. Any suggestion?

Oviedo is a wonderful community with lots of families and near by shopping. Plus it is right near the 417 for easy commuting.
