Default Good, Affordable areas in Orlando?

Hi everyone, I'm from Chicago but my family is considering purchasing a 2br townhouse OR condominium in the Orlando metro area for a vacation spot.

I know very, very little about the Orlando area, however since the majority of posters here reside in the fine city, I rely on your knowledge.

My question is: Where would be some good areas/suburbs to purchase a townhouse/condo in the Orlando metro area?

Requirements:
-Maximum price of 250K, but we'd prefer the low 200's.
-Good, safe, and clean neighborhood.
-Low crime.

I thank everyone here for any help they provide.

You looking to be able to rent it out to other vacationer's when you are not there? If so you pretty much have to stick to the short-term rental area's.

If just looking to have a nice place to come to anytime you want and not rent it out to anyone you can pretty much find a nice 2 bedroom+ townhome in great area's all around the Orlando are from the 150's+. If you wanted a 3/2 that would be quite easy to find as well.

Waterford Lakes, Avalon Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Maybe Winter Park, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Hunters Creek..........

If you're looking for a vacation spot I would look on the southside of the metro area. I would also consider Winter Garden, Clermont, Polk and Lake Counties.
