Some forget that here in Orlando we had the same attitude when Charlie was hanging around down south.....
Fay is petering out but like with Charlie....you just never know. Think of this one as a drill. |

The storm track keeps changing. Fay was expected to head straight NE from Ft Myers to Daytona Beach and head north and fizzle out. Earlier today it was expected to exit Daytona and head to sea, curl back around strengthen to a cat 1 and slam into Jacksonville. Just recently the track has it exiting Cocoa strengthening, curl back ashore and head towards Orlando. It will probably change tomorrow am. Nice break from the heat though.
