Default Property managment

Why do so many properties in Orlando allow for sub-par contractors to perform work and refuse to allow for new bids?So many properties look really bad and when you call or stop bye they tell you their happy or they cant do any thing about it?

I am finding that many contractors do not carry insurance and can offer much lower pricing on services and the company they are working for doesn't ask any questions.

I agree with that but where not talking about a small gas station.I'm talking big apartment complexes.Places managed by some bigger names in that industry.Besides that they wont even give you the chance to bid.Besides, property managment is a professional industry, thus they should under stand that price is'nt the only facter and if it is most contracters will bend within reason. They should also understand that your property has to at the very least look as good as the property next door.A landscapers job is to leave our clients first impression. As a pro I would figure that every time a person drives past my place to go next door,I lose money, not save money. If I'm undr bid by 200 a month times 12 thats 2400 over a year. One renter at 800 a month would only take 3 months to make up that.
