Default Any fun things to do this weekend?

I was wondering if there are any festivals or outdoor things going on. We just wanted to get out of the house after being stuck in 4 days with the storm.

Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World. That pretty much wraps up all that there is to do in Orlando.

I wish they had fairs, carnivals, and picnics like they had up north. They do have a couple good ones in the fall, but nothing in the summer. There's a good art festival in Longwood in Nov and the Volusia County fair in Nov. The spring has the strawberry festival in Plant City. We used to have alot of fireman's picnics that they don't have here. It would consist of food, bands, games, and even fireworks.

I always find things to do around here, some of you must not get out of the house and just assume there is nothing to do.

Where I lived up north there really was not that much to do I find alot more to do here then where I was from. But I still found things to do you just have to get out and look around.

I would think there are not many fairs in the summer because it`s so hot, not many people are going to want to goto a fair in 90+temps with high humidity. Just like not many fairs going on in the winter up north in the blistering cold.
