Anyone see the crazy guy on his bike riding down the middle of colonial Dr?
Anyone see the nut job riding his bike on Colonial in the middle of the right lane blocking traffic? It was on Monday or Tuesday.

No, but years ago when we lived in Tampa, there was a nut on a bicycle riding down the middle of Busch Blvd. giving all the motorists on the road the finger! This was in 1981!
