I would check out the crime on Orlando Sentinel's website, namely the violent crime. There is a lot of crime in the stretch of 436/Semoran that is close to there between Colonial and Curry Ford that may or may not carry over into that area, which is headed over toward Ventura/Goldenrod. I would definitely not recommend it but it also is not the worst option in the metro area.

I am trying not to discourage you, but to be honest. If you are buying a home on more of a budget I would try closer to downtown in the 32803 or 32806 zip codes or further out in one of the suburbs for a safer environ. Affordable condos are located throughout the metro area too if you are looking at condos as well as homes.

Default Hope we can help

I think the best way we can help you is by asking what size and type of property are you looking for and what is your budget? Are you intending on renting the property out for short periods of time while your not in the propertyto try to cover costs, because this will also dictate where you will need to buy, and are there any particular reasons why you are interested in that area? Is there anything close by that you want to be close to?
