Winter Park village Area, Hidden Pond Lee Rd
Is the Hidden Pond Apts area of Lee Rd a good safe area, I will be going to school at MMI and seen winter park is a nice place also heard it had some not so good areas. if it's bad I am looking for a studio or 1/1 in the 600 range. In a good spot close to MMI which is on delegates dr close to airport

Alot of the lee road area is sketchy the area you are asking about is just outside a not so safe area.
