Sanford-MIDWAY section-Seminole County need your opinion PLEASE

I don't know the area, I have been reading the posts in here but I haven't see anything about the MIDWAY in Sanford.

If someone knows the area, can you please give me your opinion. No need school info, by the time I build my son will be out of school. How is the traffic going to Orlando. How are jobs in Seminole County, I am a secretary, so I can work in any office. How are the houses.

I will like to have some information in case that I like the lot, so I can make my mind.

Yeah, I live not far from it for now, unfortunately. Nobody buys a lot in Midway and builds on it LOLOL. Go to Google Maps to that area, then click on Street View. You can walk it block by block and see it for yourself as if someone was holding up a video camera for you and giving you a tour. And look at Seminole County Sheriff website, then click on Crime Maps on the left..... then click on that sections map to see how many crimes, burglaries, shootings, etc. were in Midway for that month. Plus that big, huge area of land to the left of Midway all north of 46 and north of the airport is going to be a new public school complex, further decrepiting the area. Look at this year's statistics alone, for such a small area.....HOLY COW!!!

No wonder why you have negative comments about Sanford. Honestly, there are some nice parts and some not so nice. Midway is not someplace I'd like to live in.

Sanford is OK.
Midway is a different story.
I went to look at a HOUSE there (Midway) that was listed for $ 10,000. And after seeing it, and the homes next to it, . . . it was not even worth that. So that vacant lot must have been on sale for next to nothing.
