Default zip 32806

I may be working in 32806. I'm considering purchasing a small condo so I dont have to commute (satellite bch). When I went for my interview I thought this area looked nice. I would appreciate any info I can get about this zip. I found a pretty cool looking place on Michigan st.???

32806 is a nice area, especially close to Delaney Park and Lake Como. The least nice areas in this zip are by the juvenile detention center along Michigan. There are also nice areas in the adjacent zips of 32803 and 32812.
