If schools and crime rate are the top priorities, then Oviedo.

Default Oviedo realtors?

Does anyone in the area have any recommendations? We are very unhappy with our realtor, even though he was wonderful when we were buying our house in Oviedo. The house has been in the market since March, is quite lovely, nice area, good shape, but we have had only 1 very low offer. We've reduced the price several times and it is now almost 100,000 below what we started at. We want a new realtor, but it is hard to do from up here.

which (orlando, kissimmie, oviedo, winter park or other) towns/cities have the most public transportation
(for someone who doesn't drive and requires public transit to get around) for access to jobs
(retail cashier, or entry level hotel/hospitality), grocery shopping, etc ?

thanks.

Kelley Schupfer from Remax. Was excellent for us if your still looking give her a call. I can give you her number if you need it.
