Is this a nice place to stay? It will be me and my friend. I am 18 and he is 19. It's only $149 a week. If you have any additional information or experience, please let me know.

Recent reviews have been fairly deplorable, lots of roach problems and dirty, moldy rooms. But I guess what would you expect for $149 a week.
