What about Oviedo?
We are still house hunting! We were considering Deltona and then Sanford until I read some of the posts on here and checked out the schools. Now we are looking at Oviedo - any information on this area would be helpful. We are a young couple with 2 young children - looking for a safe, family friendly community with good schools. Also could anyone recommend good communities in this area? (We will have to commute to Orl for school - Asbury Seminary)

My wife and I are also looking in Oviedo and Sanford. We want to be in Oviedo cause family is there, schools are awesome and there are great neighborhoods there. Try Alafaya Woods, Dunhill, and Waverly Woods as subdivisions. My sister in law lives in Alafaya woods. They love it.
