Question Any 60th Birthday ideas in Orlando?

I wonder could anyone help me please?
I have lived in Orlando for almost 3 years now (origionally from Wales, UK) and have my Parents, Grandparents and In-laws coming to Orlando to spend Christmas with us. It's also My Dad's 60th Birthday while he's here and wanted to do something special for him. My parents have spent a lot of time in Orlando and so have done the usual "tourist" things, so I was wondering if anyone had any other idea on what we could do for him.
He loves nice cars, nice food, nice wine and is game for a laugh !!!
I tried looking for driving big trucks, or maybe hiring a luxury car for a few days, but I am really stuck now.
I hope someone can help me !!!!
Thank you for taking the time to read

How about the Richard Petty Driving Experience at Disney World?

For a fabulous meal to celebrate a special occasion, try Christiani's on Restaurant Row. It's spendy, but very special, and they've got a great wine list. Another good dining option that's a little less expensive but also ahs a great wine list is Norman's.

annerk! You're quick! I was going to suggest the Experience at Daytona USA.

There are scenic boat rides in Winter Park, the casino boats at Port Canaveral.
