Looking for an apartment near UCF
Hello all,
Does anybody have any good suggestions for either a studio or 1Br apartments near UCF, preferably around the northern part of the UCF area. Thank you all and have a good day.

It seems I can not find any information on the Hawthorne Glen Apartments or The Reserve. Can anybody give me some insights on these two please?

The correct spelling is Heather Glen apartments. there is also the University apartments right across the street from UCF. They are pretty nice and relatively cheap. |

I think the OP is refering to Hawthorne Glen Townhomes, not apartments. The reason you're not finding any info is because all the townhome units are privately owned, so you would have to find a private landlord or the property manager they use to get info about renting anything in there.
The smallest homes in there though are 2/2's so no 1 br or studio's.
And if you were referencing Hunter's Reserve as The Reserve, those too are privately owned condo's. |

Yes GregTraub, I was talking about those two locations. Thank you for explaining why I can not why anything on them.

Duvalboy, I wouldn't mind getting apartments right across from UCF. What can you tell me about Northgate Lakes and Tivoli Apartments? I bet being right across from UCF they are always full? Are the UCF owned or just cater to collge students?

/ yes i i sign a lease but i have to get rid of it it is 640 a month gated/2 pools/ gym/ club house/basket ball courts/volleyball tennis courts. includes cable ,water, electric , trash service. they just remodels it very clean. it right across the street from UCF and it has a bus that can take you there.
