Windermere or Kissimmee area for long rent
Good day to all,
i was little interested about one typology of the homes that Pulte is building in the Condo Stonebridge Reserve Monterrey, the Monteverde (2129sqft, 4th floor with elevator and lake view).
What do you think about this builder? Is it Serious and good quality of building?
The seller and the Realtor said that i can rent for about 1750 USD for month very very easily, is not too much?
Paying cash make 30k USD discount, no closing cost and 1 yr HOA free..... The house is just ready.
The other 2 choices are Compass bay KB home and OAK Water Resort (both cheaper)
