Lookinf for Nice Apartment Communities around Maitland/Winter Park Area
We currently live in Lakeland and my husband got a job in Eatonville. We are looking for nice apartment complex in the Maitland/Winter Park Area. The apartment complex we are at now is really good. It feels safe, it is clean and well-kept and great neighbors. (No problems with bugs either, except 2 wolf spiders.) We looked at the Arbors at Maitland Summit. Really impressed with those, but I read some bad reviews online. We are supposed to go look at Visconti West, The Grand Reserve at Maitland Park,
Heritage Estates (East Orlando on 434) and Victorian Place Apartments (behind the Waterford Lakes Town Center). Anyone have any reviews of these or could you tell me if they are in good areas? I would love to find a good school for my daughter to go to as well.
Any advice would be appreciated!
