We were thinking of cheaper alternatives for parking at Orlando airport. We are going away at the end of the month for a week, and I was wondering if anyone had cheaper suggestions for long term parking near the airport. Although the parking garage is great, (one time we flew up to New England, and my husband accidentally left the back window down on the car, and not a thing was missing or broke!) It was expensive...So any suggestions are welcome, and thank you forum members for your help!

The Parking Spot, Park & Bark, (both on 436) and Advantage Parking on McCoy Rd are probably your best options.

I was going to mention those too. Alot of times, they have a coupon online or they send it through the mail. I think it costs $7 a day to park. They have a shuttle that runs constantly.

We always use Park to Fly. *** Park To Fly - Orlando Airport Valet Parking

They used to be closer to the airport but have moved recently. It's not that far though. The price is right.

One site you may want to check out is orlandoairports.net. There are other options. In addition to the one mentioned above, there's a cell phone lot located one mile south of the airport where parking is free and another just north of the airport on Bear Rd (close to 436/528 toll road). Its also listed as the blue lot with a quick shuttle to the airport. I parked there and it was $10/day

I've used Thrifty, Park2Fly and Parking Spot. Ask about AARP, AAA or corporate discounts too!

I found Thrifty to be the cheaper choice and if you have AAA you can get a discount on top of it. seems they are getting pretty proud of their parking spots.

I've also used Thrifty...it was the cheapest with the AAA discount. Very easy to get in and out of.

A few years too late, but I came across this forum topic and some else might so going to add to it. I reckon http://www.airportparkingsite.com/ai...t-parking.html is as good as any place to book your parking. They list a number of the car parks already mentioned. Happy flying and safe parking!
