Default nice areas around orlando

I'm thinking about moving to Florida. My husband's company has a branch on Brengle Ave Orlando. Where would be a nice place to live within 20-25 min.(including traffic time) from this location? I would love to live somewhere that I can own a couple acres, but yet walk or ride a bike to a store or convient market. (if it exisits) A good high school is important. Also low crime too. How is traffic around this area. I was originally looking into Summerville Sc, but the traffic, IMO, is horrible, & something we can't deal with. I was also thinking about Columbia or Greenville Sc, but I think the winters are still too cool for me. I figure Florida & South Carolina will both have hot humid summers, so might as well live somewhere that the winters are warmer. I live in Pa & want to get away from cold & snow. HATE IT!!! We like the look of a beach atmosphere, but not nec. care about going to beach. Just like the look, but also like to have some land without neighbors in all our business. I would also like to be within 10 to 15 minutes from chain restraunts. (like outbacks, tgifriday's, etc) & also a mall for shopping & walmart. I own a horse & would love to be within 10 min. of a boarding facility. Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm coming down in a couple weeks & would love to know where to narrow down my search & look at.

The best place closest to your husband's job would be the College Park section of Orlando off of Edgewater Drive.

What is your price range? It's going to be tough to find land unless you pay the price for it. For schools, I'd stay in Seminole Coutny.
