Anyone have any thoughts on the murder and suicide?

What is so surprising? It's a real town not a snowglobe.

We went last Sunday; walked, shopped around and had dinner.

Very enjoyable.

Celebration is still a very nice community. I have a friend who moved there and loves it. She wishes it was closer to things, but the actual community she loves. It’s not my cup of tea though because I like to be more in the action.

It's pretty and nice to visit. Know someone who's lived there. Expensive and too much of a "Big Brother" feel in terms of HOA. Not my cup of tea.

Went to Champion’s Gate in 2006 and decided to have dinner in Celebration one night. Felt like we were in a movie set. Wonder how it has weathered over the past decade.

It's still like that. I like it, but I wouldn't live there.

Celebration is like Disney World in this regard and what I mean by that is that it looks the same if not nicer. However, the whole "leave it to beaver" atmosphere is too bland for my taste. I feel like I'd have to be a White Christian to feel like its home.
