Do they build modulars, NOT MOBILE OR MANUFACTURED, homes with block or that concrete siding?

I doubt you could build modular out of block, due to the sheer weight. Plus the blocks are anchored to teh slab with rebar, modular defeeats that entire purpose.

There used to be a modular home site on HWY 27 but it has since been taken down and I don't know if they relocated or went out of business. I don't know of any other such place, you may check in Lakeland tho.

Check into SIPs or structural insulated panel homes. They have specific models that can be erected pretty quickly. They also meet all the hurricane codes and are very energy efficient.

I would be more than happy to show you some of our Modular homes located at our Plant City factory, if you are interested.

I was worried about the frame b/c of termites. I know you can get them in concrete to. Can you put vinyl siding on hardy board? What are your base prices for a basic turn-key home? (If we secure the land) You can DM me some info and pics if you'd like.
