Way too vague...there are parts of almost every city in Florida with at least a good school, nice parks and shopping.

Research Seminole County. Cities like Oviedo and Winter Springs are great places to start your research.

Kindergarten in the public school system is free and so is the transportation if your child lives far enough away to be bussed.

I think you can find what you are looking for in a great many areas of Florida. From one end of the state to the other, there is a great variety of shoreline cities, towns nestled around lakes, rural river living or a combination of any of those. Some areas are more international than others, some have more crime and some have more traffic. Between Jacksonville and Miami is also a great difference in the weather. So, think about what kind of area you are looking for and I'm sure a whole lot of suggestions can be posted for you to check out.
All public Head Start, PreK and Kindergarten programs are free. School bus transportation is usually provided without any cost.
