Hi All,

Does anyone know much about this community off of 192 & Seven Dwarfs Lane? I'm looking for a place to rent, no kids, want to live there a year. Anything to be aware of? THANKS

It is located in the tourist corridor of Kissimmee near 535 and right behind the Super Target. I have heard nice things about this community from people who are on vacation. I don't know how it would work as a long term rental. The traffic can be a bad during the busy times of year (February, Summer, Holidays etc.). However, you would have everything you need right at your fingertips( shopping, dining, entertainment). Defiantly check it out in person before committing to see if it is the right fit for you. Good Luck!

It's a popular short term rental community. Mainly transient people who only stay for about two weeks at a time.

I own a villa at seven dwarfs lane and I find it to be a great place for my family to visit when in Disney. The unit has everything like if you were at home and more. Everything is within a 3-5 miles radius. I would love to tell you more about the villas at Seven dwarfs lane.

Communities along the 192 are zoned for short term rentals and tend to be busy year round with tourists form everywhere! might not be the best place if your staying a year. The better parts of Orlando do not rent short term (minimum 8 months to weed out the tourists) which is not really a problem for you. Depending on where you'll work, I would look at Dr. Phillips (32836,32819) Celebration (34747) and parts of Hunters Creek (32837) and avoid the 192.

We are starting to look for a vacation home for our family .... not one to rent. Do you rent yours? Do you know if anyone "lives" here or if they are all rental apartments? Do you know what time the community pool closes (odd question...I know).

Thanks.

i stayed there on vacation 2 years ago, while going to the Disney Parks. The apts are great! They have a pool. There are kids there, i took my own. I don't know who lives there or who rents. It's close to everything!

We own our condo and live in it year round. The complex is a mixture of owners and renters. Security is wonderful to make certain only those who are suppose to be there are there. The pool closes at 10:00 since it is a quiet community after 10:00 which is great for the many owners. I hope this helps you decide to buy and become an owner like us.

I like you own a villa and find the complex a joy to live in and so close to everything, especially for work for myself. I love to come home to the quiet peaceful community.
