I really appreciate if somebody can tell me about neighborhoods in Lake Mary area. We will move on July and We are also looking for a good school. Thanks a lot in advance.

The better areas of Lake Mary IMO are bordered roughly by Rinehart Road, County Road 46-A, Country Club Road and Lake Mary Blvd. Without knowing your price range I'd recommend The Hills Of Lake Mary or Timacuan subdivisions. The schools here are all excellent.

Although Seminole has great schools if you are focused on Lake Mary schools Lake Mary Blvd is the dividing line.
You probably already have this site to check zoning for an address,
School Zone Search
The above listed communities although nice and I've lived in Lake Mary and have family currently in the Crossings are not zoned Lake Mary schools.

I was just going to say that. The schools on one side are Lake Mary and the other side is Sanford. You have to do your research. I lived in the Crossings and my kids ended up going to Wilson Elementary in Sanford. I thought it would've been Lake Mary Elementary when we moved there. Still a good school IMHO.
