Brits pulling out of Orlando market
There was a news special on why the huge number of Brits buying in Orlando had suddenly slowed down. They basically said it was down to a number of high profile visa scams, US government no longer giving 5 year renewal visa even when someone was supporting themselves and had a successful business and living the American dream (in fact 2 year maximum was the norm), and the sudden price crash with increased mortgage rates.

The less foreign investment the better. It would be nice to get the bubbleheaded brits taking their pounds somewhere else to inflate another real estate market. I say good riddance!

Tallrick you have no clue on how much money the brits bring in to fl. hope they do take the money and go else where then watch how many jobs go with them. then you will be crying about no jobs for americans ect .

ahhh yes ..I know people From Terroristic countries that have life time visas , yet us brits have to get ours renewed every10...
