Default Apartment questions~St. Cloud, Mulberry, Lakeland, Eagle Lake, Waverly, Davenport!

I was checking out the following apartment complexes, but can't seem to find any reviews on them. I would also like to get a feel for the areas they are in.

Huntington at Sundance - Mulberry, FL (South Lakeland area)
I see Mulberry is a small town, but has fairly high crime?

Summer Cove Apartments - St. Cloud. FL
These seem really nice, especially for the price! How is St. Cloud? Haven't visited there since I was about 12, and remember it being quite rural.

Opinions? Suggestions? Thanks a bunch!

P.S. If anyone can give me ANY INFO pertaining to Eagle Lake, Waverly or Davenport (feel for area, housing, residents) I would MUCH appreciate it. I can't seem to find anything about these areas! Thanks!

What exactly are you looking for? There is a long distance between Mulberry and St. Cloud. Just trying to figure out why you are zeroing in on these places--then I could help a little more. I used to live in Davenport so I know quite a bit about that area. St. Cloud is still kind of rural--but not anywhere near where it used to be.
