if you were investing your own money, where would be the best area to have consistent success in renting long term in the orlando area.

Okay....3 bedrooms minimum....max investment 200K (in today's market) ... minimum sf 1750

Best area for rental property will be in and around the East orlando UCF area. Waterford Lakes, Eastwood, Cypress Springs, south Oviedo, and 32817 zip.

Lots of employers (lockheed martin, siemens, technology pkwy, UCF, etc...), good schools, and the added 50K students that go to UCF with parents ready to co-sign and put large security deposits.

You will find good area's for LTR properties though all over Orlando. Windermere, Dr. Phillips (though less than 200K may not be practical here), Lake Nona, Conway Area, Newer parts of Winter Garden, Some parts of Hunters Creek and area's around The Loop. Etc...
