I was thinking of buying into this community ,last Sept, based on information obtained off the internet . Luckily I visited before buying and was shocked at what I saw, considering the sub division is so close to Disney. It was frightening.

I am sorry if you own property at the complex, but nobody in their right mind would invest there-if they saw what is was like.

This a good example of what you could be left with if your property investment goes wrong.

Island Club West is a gated community with a huge pool, jacuzzi, fully stocked gym (club house), volley ball, tennis courts, etc. Bimini Bay is the townhouse community that is down the street from Island Club West (also located on RT 27) but it has no amenities whatsoever. Island Club West was completed in 2003 and Bimini Bay was built in 2005 but the Developer never finished the club house, pool, etc. and it doesn't appear like the developer will finish building anytime in the near future. I can understand the confusion because both townhouses look the same and were built by the same Developer but only Island Club West is finished and thriving.
