open houses in windermere - dr phillips? (for sale, high school)

We drove around today, but didn't see any open houses. When are the open houses in town? since the sentinel has NO open house info on line, is there another web site that does?

Most open houses are on Sunday, not Saturday.

just for an update, is this still the case? We might be visiting the area late april and would like to check Windermere out. What's the customary time for Open Houses? Around here in NE, it's usually 1:00-3 on Sunday afternoons.

It's the same here, noon-ish to mid or late afternoon on Sunday. Keep in mind that gated communities often have homes for sale that you can't access without a Realtor.

this is true. we have pretty much driven thru all subdivisions in dr phillips windermere and conway. and some others. they had open homes in windermere in the afternoon last sunday. we have decided on dr phillips and conway. next trip here, will be with a realtor looking at the gated communities.
Oh, in Windermere, they are planning to build a new high school in those new subdivisions. small homes, but new.
