Need your help with where some communities/towns are ACTUALLY located. I have compiled a list of homes I'm going to view, but need to set up times and don't want to be driving in all directions. If you could help me out with which communities/towns are near each other, that would save me loads of time!
Here they are:

Waterford Trails
Waterford Lakes
Eagle Lake
North Shore (Lake Nona area)
Avalon Park
Avalon Lakes
Reunion
Ocoee
Windermere
Lake Mary
Mt. Dora
Legends-Clermont
Sawgrass-St. Cloud
Kissimmee
Astor Farms Preserve, Sanford

Thank you, thank you and one more thank you.
Heading down May 4-7th
Wish me luck!!!
Lisa

Location wise, here is the breakdown:

You could see all these areas in one day as they are pretty close together.
Waterford Trails - East
Waterford Lakes - East
Eagle Lake (You mean Eagle creek in Lake Nona? Southeast)
North Shore (Lake Nona area) (Southeast)
Avalon Park-East of Waterford
Avalon Lakes-East of Waterford

Reunion - Very far south, by Disney and Celebration.

Ocoee - West of downtown by Lake Apopka.
Windermere - West of downtown south of Ocoee.

Lake Mary (North of Orlando close to Sanford)
Mt. Dora NW or Orlando, west of Lake Mary.

Legends-Clermont - far west, west of Ocoee and Windermere.
Sawgrass-St. Cloud ( SE of Kissimmee)
Kissimmee (South of Orlando)

Astor Farms Preserve, Sanford (North of Orlando).

EAST: Looking at these areas, I would look at the Avalon, Waterford, Lake Nona areas in a day.
WEST: Ocoee, Clermont, Windermere can be done in one day and are close to each other.
NORTH: Mt Dora, Lake Mary and Sanford is another day.
SOUTH: Reunion, Kissimmee, St Cloud.

Hello,
I am wanting to move my family to Florida. Im considering Orlando, but Im concerned about crime, traffic and the humidity. I recently became disabled from a near fatal fall back in last year. So I am in a wheelchair now. My concern is how the humidity will affect me. Can anyone help me with telling me a nice temperate place to live in Florida. Close to shopping, businesses. I have this condition where I sweat alot unless I have a good breeze,or fan on me since the accident. Where is a nice, safe beautiful place to live where I can have a nice breeze to cool my face? Also, where Im close to things to do. Thank you soo much....Lee

Thank you so much...this is exactly what I was looking for! Now I can punch the addresses into my gps and go from there!
I'll let you all know how it goes....

About Legends...the address I'm looking at is: 3838 Beacon Ridge Way

Don't laugh..I forgot to add, that I have 2 DAYS ONLY! to see all these places!! OUCH!
So what would you recommend for that. I am looking from 9am to whenever (probably 6pm) each day. Have 24 homes to look at! Think it can be done? If I get lots of sleep, load up on carbs and sugar and caffein!! lololol
Thanks!

That's a nice location, easy walk to the clubhouse and all of the other community amenities. There are several homes for sale on Beacon Ridge, I'm not sure exactly which one that is though.

I think that you will have time to do all the areas. I would suggest doing the east areas and north area on one day (they are all connected by the 417 except Mt Dora), then do all the western and southern areas on another day (these are connected by the 429). I think you should have enough time to look at them all.

If you have to cut out an area, cut out Kissimmee. It is not that great and it is far from any highways. Mt Dora is also not the most convenient place to get to, but you should still go out to see it if you have time because there are some nice places out there and the downtown Mt Dora area is nice as well.

Too funny...that is exactly what I did last night to a tee..and I cut out Kissimmee and St. Cloud....The home in Mt.Dora is just beautiful, that is why I'm taking the extra time to drive out there.
Thank you for your hep as always...will let you know what happens.
