Employer who hires STRICTLY ILLEGAL ALIENS (Miami, Orlando: buses, suite, activity)

I know an employer who has hired illegal aliens on a regular basis. He overworks, underpays, mentally and verbally abuses them whenever he pleases. Please tell me the first step to go about making sure this man does not do this ever again (especially on US SOIL)!

Call the INS. Better yet call the Department of Labor and file a discrimination claim based on not being hired because of your race or nationality.
