Hi!
I need reference for a good mortgage specialist (broker) and a home inspector. Also, I need a real estate agent that will advise me on the neighborhoods that I am interested in buying. My boyfriend and I are ready to complete our purchase, once we have this information ready.
The mortgage specialist must be knowledgeable on FHA, FHA grants, House Choice voucher program, etc.
It seems that the real estate agent that I used last time forgot to mention the crucial information that MetroWest wasn't safe!!!!
