Default The Element, Hiawasee Landing, Ryoal Arms, Cranes Roost, Landing A, Stone Creek, Country Walk, Lancelot ... Help!

I've been living in Orlando for about a year and half now and have decided to buy a condo since the prices are phenomenal right now. I'm familiar with east orlando, which is where I currently live, but not so much the other parts of the city. There are a few condo communities that I'm interested in - and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them.

The Element - MetroWest
Royal Arms Condo - Altamonte
Waterside at Cranes Roost - Altamonte
Landing A Condominiums - Altamonte
Stone Creek at Wekiva - Altamonte
Country Walk - Altamonte
Lancelot - Winterpark

Also, I saw a home in Hiawasee Landing - but I wasn't sure if it was too close to Pine Hills - is anyone familiar with that area?

Thanks! I'd appreciate any help that you can give!

yeah I'd steer clear of pine hills and hiawassee all together. metro west is experiencing alot of crime from the raleigh st. area, and is showing in there property values.. other than that most of the ones in altamonte are on either 436 or 434- expect lots of traffic! with I-4 next door, and the maitland exchange being extended it will only be getting worse im afraid.

I lived in the complex right next door to the Element for three years, and had zero trouble. That is one of the complexes that I would recommend in Metrowest.
