Default Winter Garden

Can anyone tell me if the Winter Garden area is a good area? I'm looking at the Promenade Apartments if you have info on that!

I don't know that particular complex, but the general area it's in wouldn't be my first choice.

Hi,
I am not familiar with the that complex but I believe it is north of the turnpike.

Winter Garden in some ways is quite a large area, there is the town itself which I don't recommend and the newer areas along the 535 and by the new mall which are ok.

The newer areas are still being developed and some communities are not complete due to the financial crisis. This might be a risk if your looking to buy, I believe the area is still fluid and still developing but I do like the new mall (link below).

Are schools important? also will you be working in the area?

It is north of the turnpike and just south of 50 from the empty shopping center where Appliance Direct used to be.
