Default Seminole County Gated Communities
In Seminole County, Alaqua Lakes, Alaqua, Heathrow, Lake Forest, Sweetwater Club, Spring Lake Hills, Wingfield North, The Springs, Buckingham Estates, Lake Markham Preserve, and River Crest all have manned gates. There are another 100 or so that have electronic gates.
