Default What communities in Orange County are gated and have staff at the gates?

Can anyone let us know what communities in Orange County are gated and have staff at the gates?

We've seen the word "gated" in lots of listings, but we weren't sure if that meant staffed too. We have seen some places that have an empty guard house by the driveway, it looks pretty but adds nada in regards to security.

Some of Stoney Brooks gates are guarded, some open with auto gates for the residents.

Default Communities With Manned Gates

I assume you don't want to include those that have electronic gates, rather than empty gatehouses. Isleworth, Maitland Club, The Reserve at Belmere, Cypress Point, Lake Nona, Keene's Point, and Reserve at Lake Butler Sound immediately come to mind. Seminole County has a handful of gated communities with manned gates as well.

Phillips Landing in the Dr. Phillips area

Water's Edge (Lake Nona Zip Code) - probably one of the cheapest manned gate communities... and you can still build a new home...

your right, gated is a loose term in Orlando! Orange county is quite large, but here are a few staff gated communities...
StoneyBrooke west (winter garden), Phillips Landing, Turtle Creek, Vizcaya (all 3 in Dr. Phillips), Keenes Point, Isleworth, and I believe cypress point.
