Schools in Mount Dora (Eustis, Seminole: middle school, zoned, gangs)

Hello,
I wanted to get some honest opinions of the schools in Moutn Dora. I have looked up schools on Greatschools.net and all the schools seem to be rated good and parents say good things about the teachers.
But when I read on here I get mixed opinions. People are writing Lake County schools have problems, but never stating what kind of problems and what schools are they exactly refering to? I we talking about normal public school problems or gangs, shotting , and violence?
Here are the schools that are zoned for the areas I am looking to move, so if anyone can tell about these schools I would greatly appriciate it.

Seminole Spring Elementary or Astatula Elementary
Eustis Middle or Tavares Middle
Eustis H.S Cutright Campus or Tavares H.S.

ASTATULA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -- A
EUSTIS HIGH SCHOOL --C
EUSTIS MIDDLE SCHOOL --A
SEMINOLE SPRINGS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -- A
TAVARES HIGH SCHOOL --B
TAVARES MIDDLE SCHOOL --A

Just an FYI, Astatula is a good 20+ minutes from Mt. Dora.
