i wouldn't recommend living there

It is not really too unsafe, but it is terrible unattractive and unkept. I would also not suggest you live here or in 32822. If you need to be in this general area, I would look into 32803, 32806, or 32812.

There's a thread or two about this zip, if you do a search. There's nothing fun to do in that area, it's mostly residential. 32817 seems to be better (near University Blvd anyway)

Oh my, what's wrong with it? How far is it from all the nightlife and finer aspects of Orlando?
