You might want to check Craigslist.

KWILLIAMS...When you do look, just make sure that they can give the address....then look in the county the home is located in and check to see if it is in foreclosure....I saw a nice one today in long wood...check it out

You do have to make sure you check them out thoroughly. I've found several places for friends on there that have worked out just fine. Remember the saying: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. On thing I would do once I found a place, would be go to the county tax appraiser site to make sure the names match up. Do not give any money until you meet in person and look at the property. Make sure you have a lease in hand and use a check or money order for the deposit. Specifically, if your looking in my area Lake Mary, Longwood, Sanford, I can keep an eye out. What price range too?
