Default Cheap land in Lake Nona? - Is this a scam? Please assist

Hello,
I'm looking to buy some land around Orlando area. We will not build for now but to grow some tropical fruits. We're not from Florida so we leave it there for a few years and then build a 2nd home. Eventually, I'd like to retire on it and turn it into some some of garden, self-sufficient food place. May be a mini-resort for friends and family.

I was searching and found something interstesting call Lake Nona development. There is a guy who advertised on Craiglist that he's selling land in Lake Nona for $8000/arce (his ad is below). I have done some research on lake Nona development and it seems to be fitting my wishes as we work in Medical industry as well and I'd like to stay close to Orlando. My questions is : is this too good to be true that we can get some land in Lake Nona for that cheap? For $8000/arce, we should be able to afford a few arces and fullfill my long-life dream.
When I looked at land around Orlando area, it is usually much more expensive than this. I don't mind if the area is suburban as we will not be living there for a few years.

Does anyone know anything about this realtor MARK OSSA from J.C.REALTORS ?

Can this parcel be subdivided? I would think they are looking for someone to buy the entire 5,000 acres. These types of large tracts don't usually let the small investor pick off a few acres here or there because that would devalue the remaining acreage in terms of being able to build one big development.

Not at this point but if a single investor or group got together and bought the land they could then work with the county to rezone, could be possible.
