Default Independence Residents Feedback
Hi all,
Would appreciate any feedback from residents of of Independence. Atmosphere, HOA etc.

With forclosures everywhere how has this neighborhood held up? Some others we looked at were quite sad.

Are the residents involved with their community? Has Engle turned over the HOA yet?

Any thoughts, comments etc,both good and bad would be very much appreciated..

Looks to be:

For Sale is 4 Short Sales, 2 REO's and 1 non-Distress for sale.

Pending is 4 Short Sales, 2 REO's and 1 non-Distress

Sold is 3 builder townhomes in last 90 days

Great location and not as bad in the distress property category.
