IIRC I thought thornton park (and colonial town) was a bit old (ie: the homes, not the people

). FWIW, I like very properties that are clean and contemporary inside, and preferably outside too, though that's no real issue when I'm renting.
One thing I noticed and liked about Orlando, is that there are parks and lakes in the middle of the city, attached to life/activity, rather than parks in S. Fl being separate entities, and lakes pretty much being enclosed in housing communities, and accessible only to the homeowners.
